Facilitating escrow
- Present and review offers, then ethically represent you in negotiations.
- Organize the escrow process and guide completion of documents and disclosures.
- Manage inspections, repair work, loan processing, title work, disclosure and insurance clearance.
- Coordinate a successful close of escrow.
